The location was convenient for accessing local attractions , but the parking situation felt inadequate. The staff were friendly , and their willingness to assist made the stay pleasant despite some issues.

It was just an ideal choice for a quick trip in San Diego with reasonable value. The upgrades in the rooms were really nice for the price. Make sure to arrive early to secure parking out front.

the berkshire motor had a basic clean room that was perfect for our stay. the location was amazing, just a short walk to good restaurants and bars. we even walked to balboa park and the san diego zoo, which made our trip so enjoyable.

Parking availability is a major hassle. only 6 spaces exist for a decent number of rooms, forcing you to search for street parking. The soundproofing in the King Room is a joke. I could hear the neighbors upstairs clattering around, which made an otherwise quiet night less enjoyable. Additionally, certain amenities like a microwave were absent, which would have been handy for longer stays.

We had a comfy king room for 4 nights. The location was perfect, super close to eateries and bars. The staff was kinda hit or miss, though. some were nice, while others could be friendlier. Oh, and the limited parking can be a hassle, especially since I came for long weekend.
